Alex Sharkey's mastermind experience Pinkie produces soothing waves of warmth with gently swaying guitar lullabies that caresses and heals the soul. With heartbreak themes and relationship yearnings at the lyrical centerpiece, each fan connects and shares in these somber melancholy moments, surprised with their earnestness and sincerity -- something simple, fragile yet beautiful. Alex's first release "My Little Experiment," was just that, an extended play solo effort from his Worthing bedroom peering into his life away from the days of legendary band Brighter (Sarah Records) and Hal (Vinyl Japan) - etching his own diary in sound. "Sharon Fussy" continues the experiment, it's a full length with grand haunting themes of love-lost and love-longed, the human relationship and heart is repaired and carried into Pinkie's soft violin filled arms singing you to sleep, "everything's going to be alright."
